Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://jrcarpentryllc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Door Repair, Drywall Repair, Door Installation, Window Repair, Window Installation, Drywall Installation, LVP Installation provided by J&R Carpentry LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. J&R Carpentry LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. J&R Carpentry LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. J&R Carpentry LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. J&R Carpentry LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify J&R Carpentry LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IN law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IN for any related dispute.
Updates. J&R Carpentry LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
